1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy is provided by LaKesha (“LaKesha,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of the LaKesha mobile application and this website (together, the “Service”). LaKesha is a play-based learning app for kids, covering colors, numbers, shapes, letters, animals, and more.

2. What this policy covers

This policy describes our practices for:

• the LaKesha iOS and Android apps;
• this website, including the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use pages; and
• emails a parent or guardian sends to us.

It does not control the practices of Apple, Google, or other app stores. Those companies process downloads and purchases under their own privacy policies.

3. Children’s privacy and COPPA notice

LaKesha is directed to children, including children under 13. A parent or guardian should download, install, and manage the app.

Children can play without creating an account and without providing any personal information. The app does not collect data from children.

Under the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and the FTC’s COPPA Rule:

• we do not collect personal information from children;
• we do not ask a child for a name, email, photo, location, or any other information to play;
• we do not sell children’s personal information;
• we do not use children’s personal information for advertising, profiling, or artificial-intelligence model training; and
• we do not disclose children’s personal information to third parties, because we do not collect it.

If we ever introduce a feature that collects data, we will update this policy, notify parents, and obtain any consent the law requires before that change applies.

4. Information we collect

The LaKesha app does not collect any data. We do not collect, receive, store, or transmit information from the app or from children who use it.

That includes:

• names, usernames, emails, phone numbers, or addresses;
• photos, camera access, microphone recordings, or biometric identifiers;
• location;
• contacts, calendar, or files;
• analytics, tracking, or advertising identifiers;
• game progress, scores, or play history sent to us; and
• any other personal or usage information.

The app does not use cookies, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or similar tracking technologies.

Apple and Google may process download or purchase information under their own privacy policies. That happens in the app store, not inside LaKesha, and is not data collected by the app.

If a parent emails us, that parent chooses what to write. The app itself still collects no data.

5. How we use information

Because the app collects no data, we do not use app data for any purpose. We do not personalize ads, build profiles, train AI models, or analyze how a child plays.

If a parent emails mahmood.omer.71@gmail.com, we use that message only to reply.

6. How we share information

We do not sell, share, or disclose app data, because the app does not collect any. We do not work with advertising networks, analytics companies, or AI vendors that receive information from the LaKesha app.

7. Data retention

The app does not collect data, so we do not keep child or app-usage information on our servers. There is no LaKesha child profile to retain or delete.

If a parent emails us, we keep that email only as long as needed to answer, then we delete it.

8. Parental rights and choices

Parents and guardians may email us to ask questions about this policy. Because the app collects no data, we do not hold personal information from a child’s use of LaKesha to review or delete.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. LaKesha does not collect app data, does not sell personal information, and does not share it for advertising.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data. The app does not collect personal data. Contact us at the email above if you have questions.

9. Security

The app does not collect or store user data on our servers. Please use a parent-managed device and keep the operating system updated.

10. International users

LaKesha may be used in more than one country. The app still collects no data wherever it is used. If a parent emails us, that message is processed only to reply.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if our practices or the law change. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If we ever begin collecting data, we will say so clearly here first.
